LEESBURG, Va. — A memorial service for Robert N. “Bob” Twigg, of Leesburg, Va., and Longboat Key, Fla., will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in St. James Episcopal Church, Leesburg.

OAKLAND — Services for Melvin Douglas “Doug” Davis Sr., 70, of Oakland, will be conducted Saturday at 11 a.m. in the David A. Burdock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N. Second St., Oakland, with the Rev. Roger Kitzmiller officiating.

Interment will follow in Oakland Cemetery.

PIPER FUNERAL

OLDTOWN — Services for Kevin Wayne Piper, 45, of Oldtown, will be conducted in the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, on Saturday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Kenneth Conrad officiating.

Interment will be in Oldtown Cemetery.

FROSTBURG — Services for Rosetta Elizabeth Henry, 96, of Frostburg, will be conducted in the Durst Funeral Home, P.A., 57 Frost Ave., Frostburg, Saturday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. George M. Harpold officiating.

Interment will be in the Mount Savage Methodist Cemetery.

CUTTER FUNERAL

MIDLAND — Services for Dorothy Arbutus Cutter, 76, of Midland, will be conducted in First Assembly of God Church, Lonaconing, on Saturday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Whitecotton and Pastor Georg officiating.

Interment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Moscow Mills.

HERSHMAN FUNERAL

ACCIDENT — Services for Alice Ada Hershman, 98, of Oakland, will be conducted in the David A. Burdock Funeral Home Chapel, P.A., 21 N. Second St., Oakland, Saturday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Chester Fisher officiating.

Interment will be in Terra Alta Cemetery.

FRIEND FUNERAL

BEAVER, Pa. — Services for Leroy E. “Buddy” Friend, 73, of Beaver, Pa., will be conducted in the Oak Grove Church at 1 p.m. on Saturday with the Rev. Donald Matthews officiating. Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until the time of service.

Interment will be in the church cemetery.

BLANKENSHIP FUNERAL

AUGUSTA, W.Va. — Services for Ervin Harrison Blankenship, 79, of Augusta, will be conducted in the McKee Funeral Home Chapel, Augusta, on Saturday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Randy Deem officiating.

Interment will be in Ebenezer Cemetery, Romney, W.Va.

Roland E. Nairn III officiating. Friends will be received from 2 p.m. until the time of service.

Private interment will be in St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery.
