LEESBURG, Va. — A memorial service for Wayne Dean Miner, 49, Leesburg, will be held at Maranatha Assembly of God, 176 Springs Road, Grantsville, on Sunday at 2 p.m. with Pastor Don DeMars officiating.

MATHIAS, W.Va. — Services for Stanley Lee Wayne Foltz, 73, of Mathias, will be conducted at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington Street, on Sunday at 2 p.m. with Pastor Landis Dove and Pastor Olen Bailey officiating.
Interment will be in Mt. View Cemetery, Mathias.

GREEN SPRING, W.Va. — Services for Charles Owen “Buck” Andrews, 71, of Green Spring, will be conducted at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, on Sunday at 6 p.m.
