The William Shuck Memorial American Legion, Post 136 and the Ridgeley Gold Star Post, 6452 VFW will place a community Christmas tree in front of the veterans memorial at the Ridgeley, W.Va. The tree will be dedicated Friday, Dec. 19, at 7 p.m. Santa will be there with gifts of candy, oranges and popcorn balls for the children of the Ridgeley and Carpendale areas.
