KEYSER, W.Va. — Participants in the sixth annual Hooley Plunge splash into the frigid water of Lake Habeeb at Rocky Gap State Park Saturday afternoon. The charity event benefits Allegany County Special Olympics and other programs for the developmentally disabled. Organizers hoped to break records for participants, spectators and money raised this year, and set a goal of more than $100,000.
