CUMBERLAND — Mr. and Mrs. Rodger A. Dicks are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Tiffany Ann, to Cory Payne Garver, son of Mr and Mrs. Faron W. Garver.
Tiffany is a 2011 graduate of Frostburg State University, with a bachelor of science degree in elementary education. She is currently a substitute teacher in Allegany County and is working toward her master’s degree in reading specialization.
Cory is a 2012 graduate of California University of Pennsylvania, with a bachelor of science degree in environmental science. He is currently employed by the State of Maryland Natural Resources Police.
The wedding will take place May 18, 2013, at the LaVale United Methodist Church. A reception will follow at Frostburg State University Lane Center.
