CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — Together with their families, Kari Rae Frazee and Brent Andrew Harbaugh are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
Kari is the daughter of RaeAnn Smith, Cumberland, Md., and David Frazee, Ridgeley, W.Va. She is a 2005 graduate of Allegany High School and a 2009 graduate of Allegany College of Maryland, with an associate degree in respiratory therapy.
Brent is the son of Shawn and Glynna Harbaugh, Bloomington, Md. He is a 2002 graduate of Westmar High School and a 2010 graduate of Frostburg State University, with a bachelor’s degree in history.
The couple will be married March 17, 2012, in Hagerstown.
