CUMBERLAND — Carl Ryan and Rhonda Ryan, both of Cumberland, wish to announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Nicole Ryan, to Brett Alexander Noonan, son of Daniel Noonan of Yardley, Pa., and Carol Anderson of Henderson, Nev.
The future bride graduated from Bishop Walsh Middle High School in 2003 and Allegany College of Maryland in 2007, with degrees in criminal justice and legal studies. Ashley is employed as a business associate, contracts manager at Covance Inc., in Princeton, N.J.
The future groom graduated from Ewing High School in 2004 and Frostburg State University in 2008, with a bachelors of science degree in exercise science and a minor in business administration. Brett is the co-owner of RJ’s Cafe in Ewing, N.J.
A spring 2014 wedding is being planned.
