WILEY FORD, W.Va. — Christine Ingram, Wiley Ford, and Zachary Hoenicka, Cumberland, Md., along with “Jake” and their families, are pleased to announce their engagement.
Christine graduated in 2009 from Frankfort High School. She will receive her degree in elementary education this winter from Allegany College of Maryland and will continue her education through Frostburg State University,
Zachary graduated in 2005 from Fort Hill High School. He graduated his electrician apprenticeship program in May and is currently a journeyman electrician with IBEW Local 307.
The couple will exchange wedding vows Sept. 14, 2013.
