ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Together with their parents, Jesyca Anne McGeady and Robert “Bobby” William High are excited to announce their engagement.
Jesyca is the daughter of Dana A. Dixon, Akron, Ohio, and the late Thomas O. McGeady Jr., Cumberland. Md. She is the granddaughter of Mary (Bobbie) McGeady, Carpendale, W.Va., and the late Thomas O. McGeady Sr. and Margaret and Jesse Dodson, Altoona, Pa. She also is the niece of a very special great aunt, Elaine Palmer.
Bobby is the son of Brenda (Wills) High and Dana High, Cumberland. He is the grandson of Jean and Denver High, Wiley Ford, W.Va., and Dorothy Wills, Cumberland, and the late Buck Wills.
Jesyca is a 2002 graduate of Bedford High School and a 2007 graduate of Frostburg State University, with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She is a 2009 graduate from Frostburg State with her master’s degree, concentrating in elementary education.
Bobby is a 1997 graduate of Fort Hill High School and a 2001 graduate of Frostburg State University, with a bachelor’s degree in computer science. He is a 2009 graduate of University of Phoenix, with a master’s degree in information systems management.
Bobby and Jesyca currently reside in Alexandria, Va., and work for Stanley Associates, as Federal Government contractors for the United States Marine Corps.
