CUMBERLAND — Together with their parents, Lauren Stillwagon and Michael Christopher Wolejsza would like to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
Lauren is the daughter of Donald Andrew Stillwagon of Cumberland and the late Barbara Jean Stillwagon and the stepdaughter of Peggy Ann Kurek of Cumberland. She is the granddaughter of Tracella Otelia Lancaster, the late Robert Richard Lancaster, and the late Jay Donald and Fay Tofani Stillwagon.
Michael is the son of Chester and Nancy Wolejsza of Gaithersburg. He is the grandson of the late Chester and Helen Wolejsza and the late Ralph and Alta Mae Fries.
Lauren is a 2000 graduate of Allegany High School in Cumberland and a 2005 graduate of the University of Maryland-Baltimore County in Baltimore, with a bachelor’s degree in applied statistics. She is currently employed at IMS Government Solutions in Falls Church, Va., as a government healthcare data consultant and is pursuing a master’s degree in business administration.
Michael is a 1998 graduate of Wootton High School in Rockville and a 2002 graduate of the University of Maryland in College Park, with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He is currently employed at Facilities Services Group in Reston, Va., as a mechanical engineer.
An April 2010 wedding is being planned.
