CUMBERLAND — Marc E. Miller and Kelli Lee Bumgarner are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
Kelli is the daughter of Fred and Virginia Bumgarner, Chesapeake Beach, Va. She is a graduate of Frostburg State University.
Marc is the son of Diana Miller and the late Ralph E. Miller. He also is a graduate of Frostburg State University.
A December 2009 wedding and reception will be held at Dutch’s Daughter, Frederick.
