Amber Boor to become bride of Andrew Lopez
SHORT GAP, W.Va. — Alvin and Debra Boor of Short Gap are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter, Amber Lynn Boor, to Andrew John Lopez, son of Dan and Loretta Lopez, Lakewood. Amber is the granddaughter of Mary Jane Weimer of Cresaptown, Md. Andrew is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Ron Hart and Mr. and Mrs. Dan Lopez, both of Washington, Pa.
Amber is a 2004 graduate of Frankfort High School and received her bachelor’s degree in education from Fairmont State University. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in education from West Virginia University and is employed as a substitute teacher by the Mineral County Board of Education.
Andrew is a 2005 graduate of Frankfort High School. He is currently employed at Holsum ButterKrust Bakery in Cumberland, Md.
The couple is planning a July 4, 2010 wedding at The Hayloft near Somerset, Pa.
