CUMBERLAND — Together with their parents, Tara Reneé Farrell and Colt Robert Ruby are happy to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
Tara is the daughter of Rhonda and James “Mickey” Robinson of Cumberland and Thomas J. Farrell Jr. of Mount Savage. She is the granddaughter of David and Carolyn “Kay” Hobel of Barton, and Shelby Ritchie of Finzel.
Colt is the son of Brenda and Andy Ruby of Frostburg. He is the grandson of Emmagene and Robert Jenkins, Frostburg, and Shirley Ruby and the late Marshall Ruby of Frostburg.
Tara is a 2001 graduate of Beall High School and a 2006 graduate of Frostburg State University, with a bachelor of science degree in early childhood education. She is employed by the Allegany County Board of Education as a kindergarten teacher.
Colt is a 2001 graduate of Beall High School and a 2005 graduate of Frostburg State University with a bachelor of science degree in justice studies. Colt is currently employed by the Garrett County Sheriff’s Office as a sheriff’s deputy.
The wedding will take place on April 24, 2010, at the Frostburg United Methodist Church.
A reception will immediately follow at the Ali Ghan Shrine Club.
