CUMBERLAND — Megan Dyer of Waldorf and Andrew Scott Barncord of Swan Point will be married Feb. 15, 2013, in Biloxi, Miss.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Barbara Dyer of Waldorf and Michael and Kim Dyer of New York. She is studying communications at the College of Southern Maryland.
The groom-to-be is the son of Suzanne Barncord, formerly of Cumberland, and the late Scott Barncord, formerly of Corriganville. His paternal grandparents are Fran Barncord and the late Edward Barncord of Corriganville, and maternal grandparents are the late William J. Hay and Rose G. Hay of Cumberland.
The groom to be is an airman first class in the U.S. Air Force.
The couple will have a civil ceremony on the beach in Biloxi and another ceremony and reception will be Sept. 21 in Maryland at The Melwood Center in Nanjemoy.
