RIDGELEY, W.Va. — Todd and Rhonda Riggleman of Ridgeley are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Erin Marie Riggleman, to Ryan James Foutz, son of James and Sonia Foutz of Rawlings.
Erin is the granddaughter of Emil and Janet Krampf of Cumberland and Tom and Joyce Riggleman of Ridgeley and the great-granddaughter of Pauline Kirk.
Ryan is the grandson of Bill and Jean Foutz of Midland and the late Ernest and Geraldine Judy.
The bride to be is a 2008 graduate of Frankfort High School and a 2012 graduate of Allegany College of Maryland, with an associates of applied science degree in office technologies and administrative assistant. She is currently employed in the administrative department at Children’s Medical Group, Cumberland.
The groom-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Allegany High School and a 2010 graduate of Allegany College of Maryland, with an associates of applied science degree in physical therapy assistant. He is currently employed as a route salesman at Roaring Springs Water Company in Short Gap.
The couple will exchange wedding vows on Sept. 29, 2012. Invitations will be sent.
