LAVALE — Sarah Marcella Foye and Brian Todd Hallee, along with their families, announce their engagement.
Sarah is the daughter of Susan Nuber and Dan Foye of LaVale.
Brian is the son of Vicky (Bosley) and Todd Hallee of Aiken, S.C., formerly of Cumberland.
Both Sarah and Brian are 2008 graduates of Allegany High School.
Sarah is completing her final semester in the photography and computer imagery program at Shepherd University, Shepherdstown, W.Va. She is a fourth-year member of the Multicultural Leadership Team as an advocate for social equality and has served as a resident advisor for the past three years. She is a member of the Delta Zeta sorority.
Brian graduated summa cum laude from Frostburg State University this past May with a bachelor of science degree in physics. He completed an internship with the GE division at CSX during the summer and is now attending the Oregon State University to obtain a master’s of science degree in nuclear engineering. Brian is currently working as a graduate assistant in the Department of Nuclear Engineering and Radiation Health Physics.
Sarah and Brian are planning a July wedding. Invitations will be sent.
