WASHINGTON, Pa. — Together with their families, Rashelle Walthour and Trevor Biser are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
Rashelle is the daughter of Donald and Denice Walthour of Washington. She is the granddaughter of the late Bernard and Irene Walthour and the late Frank and Mildred Poznick.
Trevor is the son of James and Judy Biser of Westernport, Md. He is the grandson of the late Forrest Biser and Thelma Shaw and the late Victor and Pearl Keller.
Rashelle is a 2000 graduate of Trinity High School and a 2004 graduate of Waynesburg University. She is a registered nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit at West Virginia University Children’s Hospital.
Trevor is a 1999 graduate of Westmar High School in Lonaconing and a 2006 graduate of Allegany College of Maryland in Cumberland. He is respiratory therapist at West Virginia University Hospital.
A Nov. 3 wedding is planned and invitations will be sent.
