LEECHBURG, Pa. — David and Bernadette Bernot of Leechburg proudly announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristen, to Ryan Growden, son of Mark and Lisa Growden, of Cumberland, Md.
The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Leechburg High School and received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from St. Vincent College. She is presently enrolled in a master’s program in community counseling at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
The prospective groom is a 2003 graduate of Allegany High School and received a bachelor’s degree in music from St. Vincent College. He earned a master’s degree in student affairs in higher education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Kristen is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gallo of Leechburg. Ryan is the grandson of Robert and Nadine Reinhart of LaVale, Md., and Richard and Jean Growden of Cumberland.
The wedding will take place July 25, 2009, at the Basilica at St. Vincent College.
