STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. — Dawn M. Hachenski and Terry D. McCusker announce their engagement.
Dawn is the daughter of Donna M. Hachenski and the late Donald A. Hachenski Sr. of Sterling Heights. Terry is the son of Linda McCusker and Wayne and Pam McCusker, all of Cumberland.
The bride-to-be received her bachelor’s of fine arts degree from Eastern Michigan University and her master’s of fine arts from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is an associate professor of graphic design at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va.
The groom-to-be received his bachelor’s of science degree from Fairmont State College in Fairmont, W.Va. He is a senior service engineer for Thermo Fisher Scientific.
An October 2009 wedding is planned at The Homestead Resort and Spa in Hot Springs, Va.
