MIDLAND — Together with their parents, Joseph Robert Jefcoat and Kera Lynn Riddle are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
Joe is the son of Ed and Liz Campbell of Midland and is the grandson of Robert Seibert of Frostburg and the late Mildred Seibert of Eckhart. He is a 1998 graduate of Beall High School, a 2000 graduate of Allegany College of Maryland with an associate’s degree in the culinary arts, and a 2004 graduate of Frostburg State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in marketing. Joe is currently working as the branch manager of the First Peoples Community Federal Credit Union, Lonaconing office.
Kera is the daughter of Rhonda Riddle of Cumberland and is the granddaughter of Joe and Lois Garland of Baltimore and Harold and Jeanette Riggleman of Finksburg. She is a 2002 graduate of Arlington Baptist School and a 2006 graduate of Frostburg State University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education with a specialization in social studies. Kera is currently working as a loan underwriter/reviewer at First Peoples Community FCU.
The wedding will take place on July 18, 2009, at Trinity Assembly of God in Midlothian, one year exactly from the day that they were engaged. A reception for close friends and family will follow.
