FROSTBURG — Franklin Jesse Clark, Frostburg, and Diane Claudette Ridings, Oakland, along with their parents, are pleased to announce their engagement.
Franklin is the son of June M. Clark, Cresaptown, and the late Robert F. Clark. He is employed at NewPage, Luke.
Diane is the daughter of Carolyn Marie Tasker, Oakland, and the late David Claude Ridings of Mount Storm, W.Va. She is employed by the Western Maryland Health System in the housekeeping department at Memorial Hospital, Cumberland.
Frank asked Diane for her hand in marriage on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14, 2009, and the couple plan to marry in the spring of 2010.
