KEYSER, W.Va. — Terry L. Hartman of Keyser and Carol L. Hartman-Powell of Keyser are proud to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jessica Lynn Hartman, and Andrew Gregory Johnson, son of Joseph and Sheila Johnson of Elkins.
Jessica is the granddaughter of Theodore and Aimee Hartman of Keyser and Betty Kimble-Heavener and the late Estyl Kimble. Andrew is the grandson of Pauline and the late John B. Johnson of Elkins and Martha and the late T.L. “Jim” Fincham of Elkins.
After graduating summa cum laude from West Virginia University with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in elementary education, Jessica was employed by the Hampshire County Board of Education and taught one year at Capon Bridge Elementary School. She has returned to the WVU graduate program and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in reading from WVU.
Andrew is a senior at Fairmont State University and will graduate in May of 2009 with a degree in pre-kindergarten to adult art education.
The wedding is planned for June 6, 2009, near Keyser.
