MOUNT SAVAGE — Roger and Sharon Stafford are pleased to announce the wedding plans of their daughter, Susan Marie Stafford, to Gerald Risinger, son of the late Gerald David Risinger Sr. and the late Lavonne Carolyn Risinger.
Susan is a 1994 graduate of Mount Savage High School, a 1998 graduate of Frostburg State University and a 2001 graduate of University of Maryland School of Law. She is currently employed by the law firm of Smith and Downey P.A., Baltimore.
Gerald is a graduate of Lexington High School, Lexington, S.C., and is currently a full-time student at Trident Technical College, Charleston S.C., seeking an associate’s degree in paralegal studies.
The couple reside in Charleston, S.C.
The wedding will take place Sept. 17, 2009, at the beaches of the Outer Banks, N.C. Invitations will be sent.
