CUMBERLAND — Dr. and Mrs. Kenneth J. Pompilio are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kathryn L. Pompilio, to Luke A. Hollifield, formally of Salisbury, N.C.
Kathryn is a 2002 graduate of Bishop Walsh School in Cumberland and a 2006 graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College, with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies. She is currently employed in management for Vera Bradley in McLean, Va.
Luke is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Hollifield of Salisbury. Luke is a 2000 graduate of East Rowan High School and a 2005 graduate of University of North Carolina-Charlotte with a bachelor’s degree in mass communication. He is currently working in management for Target in Falls Church, Va.
Luke and Kathryn met in Charlotte, N.C., while working for Abercrombie and Fitch. The two plan to wed in June 2010.
