FLINTSTONE — Mr. and Mrs. Greg and Kimberly Heavner of Flintstone are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Rosanna Dwaine, to Michael Lee Wagler of Shanksville, Pa., son of Reuben and Fannie Wagler of Cochranton, Pa.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank and Eleanor Heavner, Flintstone, and Dr. and Mrs. David R. and Marilyn Hess of Bridgeport, W.Va., and the late Dwaine Grisell Hess.
The groom-to-be is the grandson of the late Ely and Edith Wagler and the late John and Ada Miller.
Rosanna graduated cum laude from Frostburg State University with a bachelor of science degree in international history.
Mike attended Allegheny Wesleyan College and is employed by Silver Knob Pallet.
A Sept. 1, 2012, wedding is planned. Invitations are being sent.
