SENECA ROCKS, W.Va. — Kenneth Jackson "Jack" Chewning, 72, of Seneca Rocks, died Saturday at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center, Cumberland.

Friends will be received at the Schaeffer Funeral Home, Petersburg, W.Va., on Tuesday, from 5 to 8 p.m.

Services will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 11 a.m.

OAKLAND — James Peter Blasher Jr., 70 of Oakland, died Friday at the Garrett County Memorial Hospital, Oakland.

Services will be conducted at Trinity Lutheran Church on Saturday at 11 a.m. Friends will be received one hour prior to services.

FROSTBURG — Sylvia “Jean” Beeman, 76, of Frostburg, died Wednesday at Western Maryland Regional Medical Center.

Friends will be received at Durst Funeral Home P.A., 57 Frost Ave., Frostburg, on Wednesday from 2 to 6 p.m.

Services will be conducted at funeral home on Thursday at 10 a.m.

CUMBERLAND — Nancy E. Lyden, 75, of Cumberland, died Friday at the Golden Living Center.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Mountains St. Patrick’s Catholic Parish on Wednesday at 10 a.m.
