NEW CREEK, W.Va. — Norma J. Lower, 73, of New Creek, died Saturday at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center, Cumberland.
There will be no services.

CORRIGANVILLE — Genevieve Lucile Poorbaugh, 90, of Corriganville, died Sunday at her home.
Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, on Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m.
Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Thursday at 10 a.m.

COLUMBIA — Bernard “Barney” “Bernie” Joseph Borgman, 89, of Columbia, died Friday at Howard County General Hospital.
Friends will be received at the Slack Funeral Home, 3871 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
Services will be conducted at the Adams Family Funeral Home on Friday at 11 a.m.
