KEYSER, W.Va. — Due to the weather, friends of Phyllis C. Bowman, 68, of Keyser, will be received at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Services will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Thursday at 2 p.m. Friends will be received one hour prior to services.

CUMBERLAND — Cora Alice (Wilkens) Harper DeHaven, 90, of Cumberland, died Friday.

Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, on Wednesday from 3 to 9 p.m.

Services will be conducted at the Centre Street United Methodist Church on Thursday at 11:30 a.m.

FAIRMONT, W.Va. — Fred Jay Frazier Sr., 86, of Fairmont, died Sunday at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va.

Friends will be received at the Ford Funeral Home, R.C. Jones Chapel, 1410 Country Club Road, Fairmont, on Monday from 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.

Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Tuesday at 10 a.m. with Pastor Keith Meyers officiating. Friends will be received one hour prior to services.

LONACONING — Thelma Marie (Kallmyer) Ternent, 93, died Sunday at Moran Manor, Westernport.

A memorial service will be held at First Assembly of God, Lonaconing, on Saturday at 1 p.m. Friends will be received one hour prior to the service.

LONACONING — Alta Marie (Algoe) Schramm, 85, of Lonaconing, died Sunday at Frostburg Village Nursing Home, Frostburg.

Friends will be received at the Eichhorn-McKenzie Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing, on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.

Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday at 11 a.m.

OAKLAND — Lucy Helen Normoyle, 88, of Oakland, formerly of Beverly Hills, Fla., died Saturday at her home.

There will be no services.

Newman Funeral Home, P.A., 203 S. Second St., Oakland, is in charge of arrangements.

YORK, Pa. — John J. "Jack" Peters, 76, died Friday at Select Specialty Hospital of York Hospital.

Friends will be received at John W. Keffer Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc. 2114 West Market St., York, on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Patrick Church, 231 South Beaver St., York, on Thursday at 10 a.m. Friends will be received one hour prior to services.

WESTERNPORT — Edna Mae Duckworth, 85, of Westernport, died Sunday at Moran Manor Nursing Home.
