KEYSER, W.Va. — Phyllis C. Bowman, 68, of Keyser, W.Va., died Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010.

Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday one hour prior to the service.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Tuesday at 2 p.m.

Interment will be in the Queen's Point Cemetery, Keyser, W.Va.

VIRGINIA O. “POLLY” DAVIS

MAYSVILLE, W.Va. — Virginia Oynile “Polly” Davis, 75, of Maysville, W.Va., died Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010.

Family will receive friends Sunday from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Schaeffer Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday at 3 p.m. in the Schaeffer Funeral Home.

Interment will follow in Mt. Hebron Cemetery, Maysville, W.Va.

MOUNT AIRY — Mary Elizabeth Harvey, 86, of Mount Airy, formerly of Cresaptown, died Friday, Feb. 5, 2010.

Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., is handling the arrangements, which are incomplete at this time.

FROSTBURG — Bernard Leo Schreider, 72, formerly of Frostburg, died Friday, Feb. 5, 2010.

His body was cremated and services will be held at a later date.

CABOT, Ark. — Joseph Leo Malloy, 37, of Cabot, Ark., formerly of Cumberland, died Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010.

Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. with a rosary service at 7 p.m. Sunday in the Roller-Ballard Funeral Home, Benton, Ark.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday at 10 a.m. in the Roller-Ballard Funeral Home, Benton, Ark.

Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander.

HENRY F. MOOMAU

OAKLAND — Henry F. Moomau, of Oakland, died Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 5 p.m. in the Loch Lynn Church of God.

BAYARD, W.Va. — Rachel Fay Guthrie, 59, of Bayard, W.Va., died Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010.

The family will receive friends at the David A. Burdock Funeral Home, 21 N. Second St., Oakland, on Saturday from 1 to 5 p.m.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday in the funeral home at 1 p.m.

Interment will be in Bayard Cemetery.

INWOOD, W.Va. — Emma Jean Banks, 60, of Inwood, W.Va., died Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010.

A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
