The Inn at Deep Creek all set for summer

Beachtree Properties renovates premier lakefront property

Cumberland — MCHENRY — Centered in the heart of Deep Creek Lake, a short distance from the famous Honi-Honi bar and Uno’s restaurant, the old green-sided Alpine Village Motel has been brought back to life with a renovation inside and out by Baltimore-based Beachtree Properties.

The Inn at Deep Creek, a 29-guest room lakefront resort with dock space for daily guest use, promises to be a preferred destination property for both the Travel Advantage Network of vacationers (www.planwithtan) and for Deep Creek Lake tourists.

“Acquiring and investing in this property was a no-brainer for us,” said George Joosten, resort operations manager for Beachtree Properties. “With the Inn at Deep Creek positioned lakefront offering lake dock space and only steps from movies, restaurants, grocery, boat rentals, and souvenir shopping — our early reservation activity tells us this will be a welcome destination by vacationers to Deep Creek. We anticipate high occupancy year round by members in the Travel Advantage Network as well as Deep Creek Lake tourists.”

Joosten rotates across all of the Beachtree properties which include locations in Cape Cod, Lake Tahoe, Atlantic City, Lake Worth, and Hawaii, has overseen the complete renovation and continues to lead his team on local hiring, community relations, and introducing the Travel Advantage Network (www.planwithtan.com).

The popular vacation-membership group currently serves over 85,000 families and individuals with a geographically diverse collection of vacation destinations.

Located at the corner of U.S. Route 219 and Glendale Road, the Inn at Deep Creek has been fully renovated, updated and upgraded. All rooms have air conditioning with heating for ski season. Additionally, the property includes a heated outdoor pool, grilling patio, lobby fireplace and free parking.
