Physical therapist completes training
CUMBERLAND — John Loar, physical therapist at Progressive Physical Therapy, recently completed specialized functional training for assessment and treatment of vestibular/inner ear disorders at the American Institute of Balance in Largo, Fla.
He has also attended courses in Connecticut, Denver and Hagerstown for specialized training in treating patients with balance and vestibular disorders. Loar is the director of the balance and fall prevention program at Progressive Physical Therapy and is a 1997 graduate of West Virginia University.
