People attend a candlelight and balloon vigil in memory of Justine Jackson held over the weekend on the downtown Cumberland mall. The 19-year-old’s body was found by a hiker Nov. 11 along the Great Allegheny Passage in the Meyersdale area. She had previously lived in Ellerslie and graduated from the Allegany County Career Center.
