Dave Martin, Cumberland, an avid fisherman, attended the open house conducted by the Maryland Inland Fisheries Division May 9 at Allegany College of Maryland. Martin said he was there to request that more trout be stocked in the lake at Rocky Gap State Park and that no-kill, no-bail brook trout regulations in the Savage River drainage be repealed.
