Traffic moves as snow collects on a row of immobile tractor-trailers on the shoulder of Interstate 68 near Exit 32 on Monday evening. Interstate 68 was shut down Monday night due to near blizzard conditions. Early Tuesday afternoon, State Highway Administration spokeswoman Kelly Boulware said that Interstate 68 eastbound at Garrett County was reopened at 5:30 a.m. with westbound opening at 11 a.m.
