Frostburg residents invited to meeting

FROSTBURG — The Frostburg mayor and City Council will hold a special meeting Jan. 23 at 2 p.m. in the Frostburg Community Center at 27 S. Water St. to solicit citizen input on the priorities for the preparation of the fiscal 2010/2011 budget.
