Bundled up for the cold weather, pedestrians walk on Baltimore Street in Town Centre as temperatures remained in the lower 20s Saturday afternoon in Cumberland. A Wind Chill Advisory was in effect until 10 a.m. Sunday with 20 to 30 mph winds expected to make the temperature feel anywhere from 5 to 10 degrees below zero, according to the National Weather Service.
