Six people were taken to the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center following this crash at about 1:30 p.m. Monday in the area of Routes 40 and 55 at Clarysville. Initial reports indicated the injuries were not of a life-threatening nature and two people declined medical treatment. Ambulances from Frostburg Area Ambulance Service, LaVale Rescue Squad and the Cumberland Fire Department responded along with Clarysville and Frostburg volunteer fire companies. Maryland State Police investigated. Further information was not available.
