CUMBERLAND — Hazel Gertrude Doyle, 100, of Cumberland, died Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2009, at the WMHS-Frostburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born March 19, 1909, in Cumberland, Mrs. Doyle was the daughter of the late Jessie Price Rawlings and Maybelle (Valentine) Rawlings. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Vincent Doyle; and her daughter, Sheila Cole.

Hazel retired from the WMHS Sacred Heart Campus Hospital as a licensed practical nurse. She was a member of the Fairview Avenue United Meth-odist Church and the United Methodist Church Women's Auxiliary.

Hazel is survived by her daughters, Emily Bailey and her husband Ronald, Cumberland, and Alice Eady and her husband Joe, Brook Park, Ohio; as well as 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, AdamsFamilyFuneralHome.com on Friday, Nov. 27, 2009, from 6 to 8 p.m.

A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009, at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Dan Taylor officiating.

Interment will be held at Saint Luke’s Lutheran Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be her great-grandchildren, Shane Wilkins, Billy Harvey, Joe Hauser, Josh Linn, Jach Click and Ben Click.
