LONACONING — Linda Sue Dunn, 61, of Lonaconing, went to be with the Lord Sunday, Nov. 22, 2009, at the Egle Nursing and Rehab Center, Lonaconing, with her family beside her.

Born Nov. 12, 1948, at Lonaconing, she was the daughter of the late Nelson and Esther (Hendra) Davis. She was preceded in death by one sister, Marian Mitchell and two brothers, Don Davis and Jerry (Whitey) Davis

Linda was of Methodist Faith and a former employee of Beiderlack Co., Cumberland.

Surviving is her husband, Millard C. Dunn, of Lonaconing, one daughter, Terri Nightingale and husband Troy, of Lonaconing, two sons, Steve Dunn and wife Jen, of Lonaconing, and Mike R. Dunn and friend Jessica, of Barton; three grandchildren, Kirstie, Cody and Connor; five brothers, Jack Davis and wife Elsa, of Hampton, Va., Jim Davis and wife Joyce, of Cleveland, Ohio, Bill Davis and wife Doris, of Lonaconing, Bob Davis and wife Sue, of Midland, and Dick Davis and wife Shirley, of Kentucky and one brother-in-law, A.J. Mitchell, of Jacksonville, Fla.

The family requests that memorial contributions be sent to Georges Creek Ambulance Service, Goodwill Vol. Fire Co., Egle Nursing and Rehab Center or Moran Manor Nursing Home.

At the family’s request, there will be no visitation or service.

Interment in Oak Hill Cemetery, Lonaconing.
