Congressman Roscoe Bartlett is to be commended for his attempt to defeat this health care by threat of a gun bill.
If the Mennonites don’t have to participate, why should I? What is worse is that the same man who said that he was against mandatory health insurance now wants to fine me, and put me in prison for not being his slave! And if I resist arrest I will be shot dead. Now that is change.
Why have our soldiers die in Afghanistan and Iraq to give those people freedom while Congress and the president is pushing for an unconditional law! I’m thinking of flying my flag at half mast or upside down until they take mandatory health insurance off the health care plate.
Maybe if enough people did we could become free again!
