A tow company crew prepares to load a vehicle onto a wrecker following an accident on Interstate 68 Thursday morning. Two people signed refusals for medical treatment and transport to a hospital after the vehicle traveled out of control and overturned at about 11 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of the on Haystack Mountain. LaVale fire and rescue units and Maryland State Police responded. It was one of several wrecks on the rain-slickened interstate on Thursday.
