OLDTOWN — Friends for Kevin Wayne Piper, will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, (scarpellifuneralhomes.com) on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Boy Scout Troop 89 will conduct a memorial service on Friday evening at 7 p.m.

Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Kenneth Conrad officiating.

Interment will be in Oldtown Cemetery.

Family request memorial contributions to be made payable to Boy Scout Troop 89 and mailed to in care of Potomac Council, P.O. Box 212, Cumberland, MD 21502.
