KEYSER, W.Va. — Hal Joseph McNemar, 89, of Keyser, passed away Sunday, Nov. 15, 2009, at the Hampshire Center, Romney.

Born May 13, 1920, in Deer Park, Md., he was the son of the late David A. and Stella Frances (Shell) McNemar. He was also preceded in death by our beloved mother, Gladys “Skip” (Ball) McNemar; and our beloved brother, Frederick A. McNemar.

Surviving are his son, Hal R. McNemar and wife Sharon, Cape Coral, Fla., and Keyser; his daughter, Sandra Lupis and husband Steve, Westernport; his granddaughter, Bridget A. Jackson and husband Jim, Cape Coral; his grandson, Mitchell Lupis and fiancée Becky Ziler, Westernport; his great-grandsons, Eric Allen, Cape Coral, William P. Lupis and Zachery C. Lupis, Westernport; his sister, Dixie McKone, Keyser.

At his request his body will be cremated. There will be no visitation. Private services will be held Friday.
