Ron Weimer, right, of From the Woods to the Wall Taxidermy in Frostburg, presented a free mount to Mike Frankenberry, Mount Savage, who won the big buck contest Weimer conducted in 2008. Frankenberry’s 9-point buck was killed on grounds of the Piney Mountain Sportsmen’s Club during the Maryland firearm season. It scored 125 7⁄8 Boone and Crockett points.
