KEYSER, W.Va. — Kathryn H. Zwingman, 63, of Trenum Drive, Keyser, died Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009, at the Braddock Hospital, Cumberland, Md.
Born on April 16, 1946, at Keyser, she was a daughter of the late Jack E. Howard and Erma O. (Gallion) Grindle. She also was preceded in death by her stepfathers, William C. Walters and Madison J. Grindle; her husband, Lt. Col. Charles C. Zwingman; and two uncles, John and Robert Gallion.
Mrs. Zwingman was retired as a human resource director with Penril Corporation in Virginia. She was a 1964 graduate of Keyser High School and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Keyser.
Surviving are two brothers, Donald J. Moon of Lisbon Falls, Maine, and Charles William Walters of Short Gap; one sister, Janet W. Peterman of Keyser; two aunts, Mary Gallion of Cumberland, Md., and Maxine Hrapek of Berkeley Springs; and several nieces and nephews, which include Kirk Gallion of Pottstown, Pa., Jenna Sullivan of Frostburg, Md., Paul W. Perdew of Keyser, and Mich-ael J. Perdew of Pennsylvania.
At Mrs. Zwingman's re-quest, there will be no visitation.
Memorial services will be announced and held at a later date.
Inurnment will be in the Arlington National Cemetery Columbarium, Arlington, Va.
