Local playwright Shane Riggs (with stethoscope) clowns around with the cast of “The Lightbearer.” Players from a theater company in Ohio are bringing the show to Allegany College of Maryland as a fundraiser for a new scholarship the weekend of Nov. 20-22. Tickets are available at the college and at the Allegany Arts Council.
