Julie Hardy of the Western Maryland Health System Assistance Fund receives a check from the Highland Riders Harley Owners Group LaVale Chapter and Eric Harper and Jeff Hetrick of Arts N Letters who designed the HOGs on the Mall 2009 T-shirt.
