GRANTSVILLE — A gasoline leak that was ignited when a farm tractor was started destroyed a 12- by 16-foot wood frame storage shed and its contents Thursday at the Dalton Hare residence on Amish Road, according to Maryland State Deputy Fire Marshal Jamie Rodeheaver.

The accidental fire caused $500 damage to the structure and $2,000 damage to its contents.

Twenty-five firefighters from Grantsville and Bittinger responded.
