Steve Bittner/Times-News Donnie Logeston, assistant mechanic for the Allegany County Board of Education Transportation Department, is runs the wires for the rear digital video cameras inside one of the buses in the county fleet. The new cameras will have infrared capability and one of them will be equipped with a microphone.
