Police: Man poured lighter fluid on vehicles

FROSTBURG — A Conowingo man was arrested early Sunday morning after allegedly pouring a bottle of lighter fluid onto vehicles parked on the 100 block of Bowery Street.

Gregory John Heisey, 23, was charged with malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500, theft under $500, disorderly conduct and intoxicated and endangering behavior, according to the Frostburg Police Department.

Heisey was taken before a district court commissioner Sunday morning and released pending trial.
